IMPARTIALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

  1. In order to adhere to the principles of Impartiality and Confidentiality, all members must keep the information strictly confidential and -

    • Must not disclose the confidential information to any person without the clients permission.
    • Must not use or disclose any confidential information.
    • Must make confidential information available to any person, only if disclosure is expressly authorized by law and disclosure notice to clients.
    • Improved productivity and efficiency
    • Must make confidential info available to any agency such as accredition, TC6,TC207 , IAF,ISO only if disclosure is expressly authorized by law and disclosure notice to clients.

  2. Each member involved in the verification must sign the Impartiality and Confidentiality Agreement (FP103-01).

  3. The administrative manager must ensure that any agency or any person does not compromise the integrity of the impartiality and confidentiality.The agency or the person must be required to sign the impartiality and confidentiality agreement (FP-04-01).

  4. We must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Ethics and Confidentiality
Each member of ACPL, interagency or any person involved in the verification shall sign the Impartiality and Confidentiality Agreement (FP-04-01)

Ethics in Staff (Auditors, Technical Experts, Committee Members, Quality Control Manager)

  • Each member of ACPL must give a prime commitment of time and intellectual ability/energy or the benefit and well being of ACPL and clients. All members have a duty of fidelity to clients.
  • Each member of ACPL must not allow other activities to detract from their obligations to clients; all members must not have significant managerial responsibilities such as improper advice which may impair impartiality.
  • Each member of ACPL must not provide any client information of confidential info discovered in course of work unless the agency receives proper authorization to release d information.
  • Each member of ACPL must not avoid getting into a situation where his/her private interests conflict with ACPL requirements as an accredited certification body .al members must disclose to ACPL Management Representative ,whether to their knowledge they, or members of their family ,have possible conflict of interests in conjunction with the acceptance of gifts.
  • Each member of ACPL must not receive any financial support different from the sales of its services.
  • ACPL must not assign activities related to d certification process to external organization,
  • Each member of ACPL must conduct Each member of ACPL must conduct his/her affairs in way that must not compromise the integrity of ACPL .All members shall gain credibility.
