Suspension Condition

The following is in Suspension Condition (the whole scope of the certification) -

Certified clients cannot continuously meet the certification requirements or the effectiveness of management system.
Failure for client to allow surveillance or Re-assessment audit to regularly perform.
Client request for Suspension or Withdrawal.
No corrective action for major non-conformance is completed within 3 months after Surveillance audit
The Certification Scope is exceeded than applied..
Clients breach the limitation of the 3.4 certification mark in Issue of certification and use of mark and logo guideline.

following is in Suspension condition (the part scope in the certification)-
- In the certification scope, there are no product items or no business showing within the latest 2 years.
- Corrective action for major non-conformance in the special field is not completed with 3 months during the audit (Surveillance, Re-cert and Confirmation).
- In case of that the corrective actions has not operated after request period (1 Month) even special surveillance management operated.
- No corrective action for major non-conformance is completed within 3 months after Surveillance audit.
- The clients breaches audit contract that made with ACPL

Follow up Actions-

After approval of Suspension of the certification, the official documents including detailed reasons must be dispatched to corresponded companies.
The corresponded companies must immediately return the certification and must not use the certification mark. The logo can be used only by certified business scope and certified products.
If the client makes a partial Suspension request to continue the valid scope, the certification can be re-issued, except the product and the scope of Suspension. After Suspension in released, the original certification must be re-sent to the client and the temporary certification must be returned.
The client may request to release the Suspension within 6 months from the decision date. The Suspension can be released after verification if all non-conformities are closed.
The verification veto power may make the decision of releasing base on Lead Auditor's report. If the decision is made to release the suspension, it shall inform the client in writing.
